nanoArch

nanoArchTM is the first commercialized high resolution, multi-material 3D micro-fabrication device based on PμLSE (Projection Micro Litho Stereo Exposure) technology, which is designed for scientific R&D of functional composite materials. By depositing a uniform layer of liquid resin with a UV laser in a layer-by-layer fashion until the printed object is fully formed, nanoArchTM can realize the high resolution multi-material 3D printing with microstructural resolution reach 0.5 μm and outstanding advantages including high throughput, low production cost and high printing resolution, forming one planar image with fine micrometer features in one quick light exposure.
